Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our stores. The Retail Sales Executive will leverage their knowledge and skills to enhance the shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and ascertain their needs in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits, including material quality and price differences.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable store environment, adhering to company merchandising standards.
  • Manage inventory, ensure adequate stock levels, and report low stock or out-of-stock items.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all sales procedures are followed.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future buying and merchandising decisions.
  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach monthly and quarterly sales goals.
