Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier Customer Service professional to join our team at Mebaz in Hyderabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires an individual with a blend of strong cash handling capabilities and excellent customer service skills, aimed at supporting our mission of delivering exceptional ethnic fashion experiences to our customers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Cash Handling (Mandatory skill)

  • Proficient in using Point of Sale Systems to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Solid Product Knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions and provide information on various products.
  • Effective Problem Solving skills to address any customer complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Strong Attention to Detail for ensuring accuracy in transactions and cash management.
  • Excellent Time Management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and ensure timely service.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security in all handling of money.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Operate the Point of Sale System to process sales and returns accurately.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product lineup to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  • Help resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift and discrepancies are reported immediately.
  • Uphold store policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, including stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
