The HR Executive will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Employee Onboarding & Training:
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Employee Relations:
• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
• Address disciplinary issues and ensure proper documentation.
• HR Policy & Compliance:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.
• HR Data Management:
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required.
