Job Title- Unit Manager- Recruitment (Telesales)
Job Description
- Ensure that all leads are approached / called on or before specified TAT for becoming Distributor / Individual Financial Adviser (IFA) for Mutual Fund business.
- Explaining Mutual Fund Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.
- Have to convince interested candidates to join business with NJ as Adviser.
- Achieve monthly targets for recruitment of adviser.
Qualification Required:
- Any Post Graduate
- Any Graduate
