Roles and Responsibilities
· Handle inbound calls from the customers
· Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solution
· Maintain good customer relations
· Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
· Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
· Customer Service Associates will use a wide variety of cloud based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Undergraduate/Graduate with or without work experience
· Should possess excellent English Voice Communication skills (B2) – Versant 60 (Voice)
· Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (US Shifts – Evening and late night)
· Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
· Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept
· Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
· Immediate joiners
Salary
· Fresher & less than 12 months exp: 3lpa
· 12 – 24 months: 4 lpa
· >24 Months: 4.5 lpa
· Transport 2 Way (1K deduction from the take home)
Work Location: Tech Mahindra, Electronic City Office (Work from office)
