Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.

Prospecting:Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through various channels.

Use social media, email, and phone communication to initiate contact with potential customers.

Lead Generation:Work collaboratively with the sales team to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualify leads and gather relevant information to facilitate the sales process.

Sales Support:Provide support to the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Assist in the development of sales pitches and communication strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any inquiries.

Training and Development:Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better contribute to the sales process.

Reporting:Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversion rates.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.
