Job Description
The principal role of this team is to manage, own and act as an enterprise applications custodian for deployment of solutions across various geographies.
Key responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all project management matters
• Enterprise-wide solution deployment to develop business efficiencies
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to business needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of projects to stakeholders
• Proactively highlighting Risks & Issues
• Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed
• Prepare reports on project status
Qualifications and skills:
· Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies
· Self-starter, independent, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills is a must
· PMP or other project management certification is a plus
· Managing delivery for enterprise applications
· Maintaining an established work schedule and strong work ethic
· Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills
· Effective reporting and documentation skills
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
· Working in a cross-functional team and environment
· Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy to network with entire organization and get things done by building bridges.
