JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.

Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joins the company.

Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.

Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities. 

Handling preparation of HR Related Correspondences.

Resolving Current & Ex employee queries on time.

Handling Statutory.

Updating and sending Monthly/Weekly MIS Reports.

EDUCATION: 

• MBA in HR
