Responsibilities:

●   Lead project management activities, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects related to data analytics and reporting.

●  Develop project plans, including defining scope,  objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

●   Coordinate project tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather project requirements, identify  dependencies, and resolve potential  conflicts.

●  Conduct data mapping and analysis to understand data sources, structures, and relationships, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow for analytics and reporting purposes.

●  Document business requirements, project specifications, system workflows, and technical documentation to ensure comprehensive project understanding and effective knowledge transfer.

●  Support the team in data analysis, reporting, and visualization activities, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.

●  Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to optimize data quality, ensure data integrity, and improve data governance practices.

●  Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, meeting minutes, and change logs.

●   Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics deliverables.

●  Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, data analytics, and documentation methodologies.

Requirements:

●  Bachelor's degree in a related field (such  as Information Systems, Business

Administration, or Computer Science).

●   Proven experience in project management, preferably within a data analytics or business intelligence context.

●  Strong understanding of data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization concepts.

●  Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

●   Excellent  documentation skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive project and technical documentation.

●  Familiarity with data management principles, data governance, and data quality assurance.

●   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.

●  Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA,Trello, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, etc.).

●   Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills,  with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

●  Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple  projects

simultaneously.

●  Prior experience in working with data analytics platforms and tools (such  as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.) is a plus.
