1) Interact with design & content teams for timely deliveries and output
2) Assist in preparing content calendar with Content Manager
3) Take requirement from various Company stakeholders, filter the same into a requirement document for internal teams
4) Vendor management – full cycle (identification, shortlisting, negotiation & closure)
5) Knowledge of event management & onground even coordination with PR and videographers
6) Knowledge of creating excel checklists
7) Should be able to assist / support marketing teams with Marketing Plan, Marketing Strategy and Content Plan
8) Research oriented – should be able to research on latest trends, campaigns and successful initiatives in the industry
9) Knowledge of emerging tech desirable but not mandatory
10) Good written and verbal communication skills
11) Team player and individual thinker
12) Knowledge of tech education programs and databases, or the ability / interest to know about emerging technologies
Qualifications:
· MBA / Mass Communications degree
· 4+ years’ experience in an Advertising Agency in the Client Servicing position or in any other company in a similar role
· Experience in events, an added advantage
