Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare ISO 9001 and 27001 policies, processes, and essential documentation for organizations and departments.
• Measure management process effectiveness and performance through dashboards.
• Follow the Internal Audits process from auditing to closure and assist departments with training, risk assessment, and other compliance tasks.
• Ensure that the organization is prepared for external audits by adhering to day-to-day compliance and reporting activities.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Masters in Commerce (Full-time degree).
• ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 Implementer or lead auditor certification is preferable.
• 4-5 years of experience in ISO audits and compliance, including drafting policies, processes documentation, information security and privacy standards implementation, and auditing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance/regulatory requirements.
