Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Placement Manager to join our team at Nirmaan Organization. This junior-level role is based in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be instrumental in connecting our beneficiaries with suitable employment opportunities. The Placement Manager will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful placements.

- Proven ability in recruitment with strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial outcomes for both clients and candidates.
- Expertise in networking to establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
- Proficient in client relationship management, ensuring highest levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and drive effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve issues that arise in the placement process.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for effective interaction and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to team goals and projects.
- Must have a solution-focused mindset to proactively seek opportunities and implement strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective placement strategies to match program beneficiaries with suitable employment opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with employers and industry partners to facilitate successful placements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Monitor and document progress and outcomes of placements to provide feedback and make improvements when necessary.
- Collaborate with program managers to identify skill gaps and implement relevant upskilling initiatives for beneficiaries.
- Lead networking events and workshops to enhance visibility and build a strong network of contacts in the industry.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all placement-related inquiries and concerns from both beneficiaries and partners.
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities, achievements, and areas for development.
