JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Profile : Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience : Freshers or Experienced

Salary : 15k to 30k (No bar for a right candidate)

Location : Bangalore

Qualification : Any graduate

Industry type : Real Estate

Role : Full time

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Languages Known: Kannada (Must), English and Hindi


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Ensure calling on leads provided by the company

-Build good working relationships with Clients.

-Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

-Explain to the customers about the properties.

-Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.

-Closing sale and submitting report to the respective team leader or manager

-Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment

-Solving clients doubts and their queries by explaining them

-Maintaining healthy relationship with existing and new clients

-Providing site visits to clients

-Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

-Handle all queries related to pricing, terms and conditions.

-Highly motivated and demonstrate commitment to teamwork.

-Increase our volumes of sales with new clients

Note : 

 Candidate must have good communication skills

 Must be active & confident

 Freshers or experienced both can apply

 Candidate must have hard core sales experience if he is experienced in the field of 

Real Estate, Insurance sector or loan sector


 Must be an immediate joiner
