l Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics, and networking.

l Experience of minimum 1- 2 Years in L1 level Cisco/Ruckus Networking.

l Experience in handling the Support calls

l Experience in Cisco Campus Networking products and technologies including Cisco 9200/9300 switches.

l Experience in Cisco/Ruckus Campus Networking products and technologies including Cisco/Ruckus Access Points, Cisco and Ruckus Controllers, ISE, Prime

l Experience in L1 troubleshooting in Wireless Networking.

l Daily monitoring / incident Reports.

l Coordination with Cisco/Ruckus TAC for Issues needing support & RMA.
