- Flow Designer: Creating/Maintaining existing flows, sub-flows, actions etc.
- Scripting: Script Includes / Server-side scripting / Client-side scripts / Reusable scripts
- Application Portals
- Agent Workspaces
- ACL / User Roles / Permissions etc.
- Forms: Theming / Dynamic fields / Custom forms / widgets
- Update sets: Creating / Importing / Exporting / Merging etc.
- Debugging
