Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration and Integration: Lead and manage data migration projects using SAP Syniti tools (formerly known as BackOffice Associates).
  • Data Quality Management: Ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout the migration process by implementing data validation and cleansing techniques.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement solutions for data integration, migration, and management in SAP environments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Project Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes, mappings, and transformations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on SAP Syniti tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-12 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP Syniti tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Syniti Data Management Suite, including Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Governance modules.
  • SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules and data structures.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing and delivering data migration projects within timelines and budget constraints.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
