Job Overview

Learning Academy is seeking a passionate Junior Cyber Security Instructor for a part-time role at our Bangalore location. The position involves teaching cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced topics while guiding students in hands-on activities. Ideal candidates will have expertise in network security, ethical hacking, and a range of security tools and technologies, aimed at equipping students for the global IT and security sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals (Mandatory skill) to ensure foundational understanding of core security concepts.
• Expertise in network security (Mandatory skill) covering network protocols, protection techniques, and mitigating potential threats.
• Proficiency in ethical hacking (Mandatory skill) to educate students on identifying and resolving vulnerabilities ethically.
• Experience in incident response to manage and mitigate security breaches effectively and efficiently.
• Understanding of security compliance to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in security implementations.
• Ability to deliver engaging security awareness training, enhancing the security knowledge of diverse audiences.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks within an organizational context.
• Familiarity with using various security tools and technologies to protect information and communications systems effectively.
