Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with Nightingales Medical Trust, a non-profit organization focused on Eldercare and Active Ageing, particularly in Alzheimer and Dementia Care. As a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist patients with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs
• Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals
• Assist in observing and documenting patients' physical and mental condition
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the patient's living space
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
