Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Chennai team at Restaurant. This full-time role requires a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess essential finance-related skills and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical abilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in auditing (Mandatory skill) with a detailed understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST (Mandatory skill), including filing and compliance with Indian taxation regulations.
- Expertise in TDS (Mandatory skill), ensuring accurate tax deductions and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes to create, manage, and adjust budgets effectively.
- Strong financial analysis skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in risk management, identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the company's goals.
- Excellent team leadership skills to manage and guide the finance team, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
