Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with executive IT support and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and keep up with the latest IT trends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software as needed.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, implementing and maintaining necessary security measures.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving any potential issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement new IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT technology, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.
