Job Overview

We are hiring a BPO Team Leader to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES. As a BPO Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of BPO agents to achieve operational excellence and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Female candidates only
• Junior: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Proven experience in team building and team leadership
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of BPO operations and processes
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of BPO agents, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Coach and train team members to improve their skills and performance
• Monitor team performance, track metrics, and report on key performance indicators
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members
• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
