Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Articleship intern to join our team at our Chennai office. This is a fresher-level position with a focus on providing hands-on experience in a professional setting. The internship will provide candidates with an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a variety of accounting and auditing tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• CMA (Mandatory skill)
• CA (Mandatory skill)
• TDS (Mandatory skill)
• Basic understanding of audit procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with tally software for accounting purposes.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Support the audit team in executing various audit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Work with accounting software to process various accounting transactions.
• Help in the preparation of tax returns including TDS.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their payroll processing needs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR functions.
