a. Excellent written and verbal communication

b. Must be a graduate

c. Good typing speed (at least 30 wpm)

d. If the candidate is experienced then he/she should be a stable candidate

a. Voice and Accent assessment for Voice candidates.

b. Domain Assessments for specific skillsets and candidates with relevant experience

c. There could be additional rounds based on specific roles.

Can be placed in either a 5.30 pm to 2.30 am shift (Transport drop at home given) or in 8.30 pm to 5.30 am shift (Pick up and drop given).

In the event of unforeseen circumstances like a business crises, pandemic or Act of GOD, travel allowances may be given instead of transport facilities.
