We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

 Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

 Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning

assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)

 Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting

marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital

employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning,

etc…

 Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or

social engagements.

 Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews,

and offers.

 Develop and manage university relationship with various campuses

 Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource

 Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and

manage the procurement and measurement process.

 Manage the recruitment process with a passion to identify top notch talent.

 Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on cost effective channels.

 Guide, train, and mentor the recruitment team.

 Measures and analyse key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting

effectiveness and educating our clients.

 Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the

ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensuring the highest bar.
