 Provide excellent Customer service

 Primary initial contact for all desktops/laptops/Network issues

 Troubleshoot and solve common IT issues (password resets, computer hardware Failure,

software installs, Access requetés, etc...)

 Manage and Monitor Networking and Server technologies

 Setup, Configure and Troubelshoot Networking issues

 Setup, Configure and troubleshooting Firewall Related issues

 Setup computers for new hires, Support/administer Active Directory

 Virus/spam detection, Video conferencing support

 Follow and implement security policies while carrying out desktop support

 Physical movement of IT or other office gear as needed

Hardware and software troubleshooting

 Peripheral deployment and diagnostics

 Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

 Cloud Technology working knowledge of Azure & AWS

 Working and troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco/Meraki Switches and Router

 Working and Troubleshooting knowledge of Fortigate, Sonicewall or PaloAlto Firewalls.

 Expérience of Supporting large scale infrastructures ( 500+ desktop/Laptops/Servers)

 Anti-Virus technologies, Spyware removal and prevention.

 Warranty repair and RMA coordination.

 Ability to document procedures

 The ability to prioritize work, work well independently and work well with others in a team

environment

 4+ Years hands on experience on Networking and Systems

 Good Communication Skills
