• Planning, directing and coordinating all QSF Treasury activities, such as
o Cash Management of numerous Qualified Settlement Funds which are the result of mass tort litigations.
o Generating and processing necessary transactions to vendors, claimants, and various law firms as funds
become available.
o Coordinating with the QSF Accounting department on financial reporting activity for each settlement fund.
• Monitor and audit settlement accounts to ensure data integrity:

o Bank account reconciliation with current distributed funds.
o Forecasting distributions to account for remaining funds.
• Support building a proprietary platform to incorporate all settlement fund data.
• Oversee the operations of the QSF Treasury function, including the design of an organizational structure adequate
for achieving the department's goals and objectives
• Train, develop and lead QSF Treasury team with the goal of maximizing the strengths of each team member to
create an efficient, high functioning team; contribute actively towards employee performance evaluation.
• Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs
• Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and
confidentiality of all information
• Graduation (Bachelors) degree with Accounting/Commerce background. Experience in general accounting
(including receivables and payables) is a plus.
• 10+ years professional hands-on finance/treasury/fund management experience, including 3+ years of
supervisory experience
• Have advanced Excel skills: data manipulation, conditional formatting, lookup functions, logical functions,
MATCH and SUBTOTAL functions, macro use and development, mapping data from one source to another,
Pivot Tables, and using other advanced functions, including moderate to advanced PowerBI.
• SQL experience is preferred (loading data into tables, and writing/running queries)
• High attention to detail with a drive for all data to tie together; must be able to consistently produce work that
is accurate and error-free
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent analytical and problem solving
ability
• Articulate and comfortable working with internal & external clients real-time via phone as well as via email;
customer service is driven
• Supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of overseas offices
• Positive attitude and high on professional morale
• Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be multi-task oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.

• Team Player with a professional attitude
• Job involves supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of US offices and hence requires
flexibility to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well.
