Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior International Call Center Representative to join one of the best BPO in jaipur. This role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. As an International Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound international calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role is a Full-Time position based at our headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly customer-focused with the ability to provide exceptional service

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information
