Job Overview
Nexus Money is seeking a Junior Level Tele Calling Executive for Loan Sales based in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients to provide support in loan-related queries and drive sales, leveraging our strong network of financial partners. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of loan products and services, including but not limited to home loans and unsecured business loans.
- Proven ability in sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in sales management with the capability to manage leads effectively and efficiently.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and understand their financial needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is required.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools to track and manage client interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate telephonic conversations with potential clients to introduce loan products and services offered by Nexus Money.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate loan options to meet their requirements.
- Manage leads by updating CRM tools with accurate and detailed client information and interactions.
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
- Provide customers with detailed information on loan processes, interest rates, and terms.
- Collaborate with bank representatives and financial partners to facilitate the loan application process.
- Follow up with clients for payment documentation completion and loan processing inquiries.
- Track and report sales activities and results to the sales manager for performance assessment and improvement.
