Job Overview
As a Travel Sales Executive at Nexus Jobs, you will be based in Bangalore, handling various responsibilities in travel sales. You will leverage your skills in travel booking systems, customer service, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in travel booking systems to efficiently manage ticketing, reservations, and cancellations (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer service skills to address client needs, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions under pressure (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data effectively.
- Experience with Google Workspace for organizing, storing, and collaborating on documents & communications.
- Understanding of social media marketing strategies to enhance company presence and engage with audiences.
- Basic SEO knowledge to optimize content in line with search engine requirements and boost visibility.
- Competence with Salesforce for tracking sales opportunities, managing leads, and generating insightful reports.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Manage travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and update travel itineraries.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries, confirmations, and other necessary travel-related documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends to inform clients accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any booking issues promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies that drive business growth.
