Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Travel Sales Advisor for a female candidate to join our fast-growing team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, mid-level position, ideal for individuals with up to 3 years of work experience in the travel sales industry. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to drive sales and create exceptional customer experiences in travel arrangements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, which is mandatory for managing customer interactions efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Capability in using Sabre GDS to develop itineraries and manage travel bookings. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in Social Media Marketing to promote travel deals and engage prospective customers. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS for booking airline tickets, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Competence in Google Analytics for monitoring digital campaigns and analyzing travel market trends.
- Ability to manage Customer Relationship Management tools for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite for handling daily administrative tasks and data analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable travel packages based on their needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Utilize GDS systems like Sabre and Amadeus to research and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Maintain productive relationships with customers by managing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in a prompt manner using Salesforce CRM.
- Execute social media strategies to boost travel sales and engage customers with enticing offers.
- Track and analyze travel sales metrics with tools like Google Analytics to improve future marketing tactics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with travel vendors to ensure competitive pricing for clients.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer support and resolve client issues professionally and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall team sales targets.
