Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (Mandatory skill) for efficient booking and management of travel services.
- Experience with Sabre GDS (Mandatory skill) to navigate and manage diverse travel arrangements.
- Competency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance client relations.
- Strong skills in travel itinerary planning to create detailed and efficient travel plans for clients.
- Expertise in destination knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and advice to travelers.
- Ability to handle travel visa and documentation processes for diverse destinations.
- Cultural sensitivity to respect and adapt to the diverse backgrounds of clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills in travel logistics to address and resolve unexpected issues promptly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre to book flights and other travel services efficiently.
- Manage CRM software to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
