Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in travel planning and booking
• Negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients
• Knowledge of Punjabi language is preferred
• Personality development skills to engage with a diverse range of clients
• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
• Provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries
• Handle booking requests, cancellations, and changes in travel plans
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to negotiate deals and secure bookings
• Promote and sell travel products and packages
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip
• Handle emergency situations and provide support to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
