  • Active listening (Mandatory skill) is required to understand customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques to identify potential customers and market products or services.
  • Strong persuasion techniques to convincingly present and promote services or products to clients.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office programs to efficiently document, manage, and retrieve information.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date and error-free customer records.
  • Experience with call center software to provide excellent customer service and streamline operations effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic conversations with potential leads to generate interest in services or products offered by the company.
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing inquiries, and helping resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Use CRM software to maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert interest into sales, increasing revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve communication scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Meet set call and sales targets, contributing to individual and team objectives.
  • Report regularly to supervisors on customer feedback and any trends observed during calls.
  • Assist in training and supporting newly hired tele callers, sharing best practices and strategies.
