Job Description – Centre Head/Manager
The Little Gym (TLG) is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children
ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using
movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at
each stage of childhood. The first The Little Gym opened in Bellevue, Washington in 1976 and now
forty-eight years later, children in more than 300 locations worldwide experience the serious fun of
The Little Gym. The Little Gym offers Pre-K gymnastics, grade school gymnastics, parent-child classes,
dance and enrichment programs. In India, the first centre started in October 2014 in Kolkata and now
there are 16 centres running across India. Ezahna Ventures Private Limited is a franchise that will run
2 centres in Noida with the first centre in operation since February 2024. As a company our Vision is

What is the role?
This is an exciting leadership role for a young energetic go getter who loves to lead and take
responsibility. It covers all the key aspects of running any business such as Sales, Marketing and
Operations. It’s almost like running your own business. We are a very customer (both child and
parent) focused company and we look for people who are customer centric. As the Centre Manager
whilst you have overall responsibilities for all functions in the centre your primary focus is revenue
generation.
What will you do?
• Achieve Revenue targets for the centre both from new and existing customers
• Generate Sales leads for prospective customers
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and invite them to The Little Gym Centre
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Lead a team of employees across different functions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results in various functions
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsWhat do you need?
• Proven experience in a direct sales and customer facing role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Graduate
