We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time junior position, ideally suited for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles, showcasing a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficient in CRM management, with experience using tools to monitor and manage leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
  • Strong negotiation skills to optimize the conversion of leads into prospective clients.
  • Effective market research abilities to identify new market opportunities and relevant business information.
  • Customer relationship management proficiency to maintain and nurture client relationships for sustained business.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and cold calls.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential and making informed decisions for further engagement.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information to streamline lead management and communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive efforts in lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement lead generation plans and campaigns that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and personalized approaches.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the company about market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Track and report on lead generation results and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
