Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen and technical knowledge. The role involves promoting IT solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales and the ability to meet or exceed quotas with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical knowledge to understand and effectively communicate the features of IT products or services (Mandatory skill).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact with potential and existing customers (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Excellent negotiation skills to build strong client relationships and close deals successfully.
- Problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- In-depth understanding of various IT products and capability to convey product knowledge effectively to clients.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, including through cold calls, networking, and field trips.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape and client requirements.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to meet the clients' needs and secure deals.
- Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure products/services meet client specifications.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing relationships to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse and report sales data and trends to management for strategy development.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in IT products and solutions to effectively guide customers.
