Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job listings and screening applications
• Support the team in conducting interviews and coordinating interview schedules
• Help maintain and update employee records and databases
• Participate in various HR initiatives like employee engagement activities
• Prepare and deliver reports on HR metrics as needed
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
