Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill), essential for drafting accurate and detailed floor plans and layouts.
• Experience using SketchUp (Mandatory skill) for creating 3D designs and presentations to visualize interior spaces.
• Knowledge of Revit (Mandatory skill) for efficient Building Information Modeling practices in design.
• Skills in 3ds Max to produce high-quality rendering and visualization of interior projects.
• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, for graphic design tasks.
• Understanding of interior space planning to optimize layouts for functionality and style.
• Proficiency in material specification to select appropriate materials that enhance design integrity.
• Basic comprehension of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to integrate design elements with architectural workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial interior spaces based on client needs.
• Create detailed 2D floor plans and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative and practical design solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessment to ensure design feasibility and adherence to client expectations.
• Assist in preparing design proposals, including mood boards, material samples, and presentation drawings.
