Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As an HR, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, HR consulting, strategic hiring, and sales hiring. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and tools, including job portals and social media platforms.
• Proven experience in HR consulting and strategic hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR consulting services to internal stakeholders to support their strategic initiatives.
• Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
