Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics techniques and routines to students. This is a full-time position in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in gymnastics instruction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in gymnastics instruction.
• Passion for gymnastics and a strong knowledge of different gymnastics techniques and routines.
• Certification in gymnastics instruction is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working with children and young adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and modify instructional approaches based on individual student needs.
• Knowledge of first aid and safety procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics techniques and routines to students of varying skill levels and age groups.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate effective learning.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper techniques, positions, and movements.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Motivate and encourage students to achieve their goals and improve their skills.
• Provide feedback and evaluate students' progress.
• Organize and supervise gymnastics competitions, performances, and demonstrations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gymnastics equipment and facility.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in gymnastics instruction.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the gymnastics program.
