Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Gymnastic Instructor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Gymnastic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various gymnastic techniques and routines. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gymnastic Instructor
• Strong instructional and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Knowledge and experience in rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics, and general gymnastics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Patience and the ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastic techniques, routines, and skills to students of all ages and skill levels
• Create and develop lesson plans and training programs
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
• Ensure the safety of all students during training sessions
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide individualized instruction
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
• Organize and supervise gymnastic competitions and events
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in gymnastics
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized gymnasium
