Qualifications and Skills

- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies to implement and monitor adherence, ensuring consistency across the organization (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to manage recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to meet organizational needs.
- Experience in performance management to assess and improve employee performance, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits structures to manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems to maintain and manage employee information, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure company practices align with legal requirements, mitigating potential risks.
