Job Overview

We are seeking a Communications Associate to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in communications or a related field. This is a junior-level, full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with clients to understand their manpower requirements and ensure expectations are met.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to execute client projects and deliver staffing solutions.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development.
  • Managing client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Organizing and participating in client meetings, events, and user groups to represent Nexus Jobs.
  • Maintaining detailed records of communications and client interactions.
  • Supporting the senior management in strategic communication initiatives and special projects.
