We seek a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Engineer at JEW, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive project plans and designs.

 Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

 Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment required for construction projects.

 Site Assessment: Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate conditions, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions.

 Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet the highest construction standards.

 Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.

 Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting project progress and quality.

 Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials and services required for construction.

 Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety on construction sites and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and records.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

 Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

 Years of experience in civil engineering and construction.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.

 Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

 Excellent project management and communication skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

 Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
