Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) is essential for generating precise architectural designs and construction plans.
• Experience with Revit (Mandatory skill) to create detailed 3D models and collaborate effectively in a BIM environment.
• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill) for rendering and enhancing design presentations for client review.
• Familiarity with SketchUp to create versatile and scalable 3D visualizations for preliminary design concepts.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling to bring complex architectural concepts to life with realistic visual representations.
• Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to improve project coordination and efficiency.
• Knowledge of sustainable design techniques to integrate eco-friendly practices into all architectural projects.
• Ability to use project management software to efficiently plan, track, and manage project timelines and resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and development of architectural designs from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
