Job Title: Sr. HR Executive (US Staffing)

Experience: 3–4 years

Location: Gurgaon, Remote (Office Visit on demand basis)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR-Admin professional with expertise in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between HR and recruitment teams to support our US-based staffing operations.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations

·        Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, and offboarding.

·        Handle HR documentation like offer letters, agreements, and performance review records.

·        Assist in creating and implementing HR policies aligned with US labor laws and compliance requirements.

·        Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.


US Staffing Support

·        Collaborate with the recruitment team for seamless onboarding of candidates placed in US projects.

·        Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, I-9, and EEO).

·        Act as a liaison between employees, recruiters, and payroll teams for issue resolution.


Employee Engagement and Support

·        Conduct periodic employee engagement activities to boost morale.

·        Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and administrative processes.

·        Address employee grievances and escalate them as necessary.


Timesheet Management

·        Oversee timesheet submissions and approvals for US-based employees.

·        Ensure accurate and timely tracking of work hours for payroll processing.

·        Address discrepancies or issues related to timesheets and coordinate resolutions with employees and managers.


Key Skills and Qualifications

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

·        Experience: 3–4 years of experience in HR and Administration, with a strong focus on US Staffing.

·        Knowledge of US employment laws and staffing compliance.

·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar).

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in night shifts catering to the US time zone.

·        Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
