Position: Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Commencement: Immediately
Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)
Work Hours: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am (5 Days Working)
Location: Saket, Delhi (Onsite Working)
Remuneration: 12k - 40k
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to determine their needs.
- Generate new customer leads.
- Ensuring sales growth, building sales targets, and meeting revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience – 1-3 years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and possess knowledge of sales best practices.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Passionate about sales
- Ready to work in night-shift.
