JOb Decription

• Manage the enterprise networking infrastructure and handling day-to-day network related (routing, switching, and wireless) issues and incidents
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN technologies such as –
• Static/Dynamic Routing, Routing protocols (If any)
• Link latency / Link down / connectivity issues / Link up time
• VLAN / Inter-VLAN routing / ACL
• Trunking and Etherchannel
• STP and loop prevention mechanisms
• HSRP / link level redundancy
• Configure and troubleshoot along with driving RCA in Cisco routers, switches, access points, and WLC.
• Maintain connectivity maps of WLAN, detailing the connectivity and type of communication media used.
• Support respective teams during audits/reviews by providing data from knowledge base.
• IOS upgradation in network devices and maintain a repository of the IOS images as per the standards.
• Create and update SOPs along with updating Network diagrams - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis.
• Coordinating with hardware vendor/OEM for any hardware related issue (opening and resolving hardware issues through Cisco TAC)
• Must close all the Incident & Service Request within TAT.
• Guide helpdesk engineers at other locations to troubleshoot network issues remotely
