• Working knowledge of content management systems

• Good storytelling skills with excellent writing and editing skills.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging copy.

• The ability to write tech content will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to web writing and blog posts

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Marketing or English with Relevant industry experience in creative content development.

• Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Effective time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.

• Adaptable mindset to learn new styles/tones of writing

• Willingness to fine-tune skills daily Experience: 2-4 years
