Job Overview

We are Seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience to join our Client , a Retail Business run by promoter family in Chennai. Full-Time role with a focus on strategic financial planning and management. Salary range: Competitive. This role reports to the Promoters Family Board

Qualifications and Skills

• CA or MBA in Finance or ICWA
• Current Retail Industry experience is a prerequisite
• Strategic Planning expertise to align financial goals with business objectives
• Proven experience in Retail as a CFO and maximizing returns
• Exposure to IPO processes and financial markets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Family business working experience preferred
• Fluency in Spoken Tamil Language is a must

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Designing Stock Management processes, working capital management, Audit & monitoring processes in Retail Industry
• Monitor Business profitability, Margins and Costs
• Oversee investment management and assess financial risks and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Design financial process for IPO readiness and financial due diligence
